Greybull River Veterinary Service is a full-service veterinary clinic located in Meeteetse, Wyoming that offers comprehensive companion animal, equine and livestock care to the Big Horn Basin. Our practice has been owned and operated by Dr. Kevin Dickey since 2019, who expanded into the Meeteetse area after establishing Owl Creek Veterinary Service in Thermopolis, Wyoming in 2011.

Greybull River Veterinary Service offers a wide variety of routine medical services, including preventative medicine, emergency care and hospitalization, soft tissue and orthopedic surgery, dentistry, reproductive services, herd health management and mobile veterinary services. Our clinic is equipped with a large and small animal pharmacy, in-house lab equipment, x-ray and ultrasound capabilities, a large animal room with horse stocks, an indoor squeeze chute and boarding facilities. We also work closely with other practices and diagnostic labs when specialized care is required. Our team strives to provide professional and compassionate care to every single patient while maintaining a small-town, welcoming atmosphere for our clients.

Do you board animals?

Yes, we are equipped to board dogs, cats and horses at our clinic. Please call for more information or to make a boarding appointment.
